KMSC Law LLP in Grande Prairie is seeking a dedicated Conveyancer to join our fabulous team!
Real Estate Conveyancing involves managing the accurate input of real estate transaction information. You will follow-up on paperwork for transactions with realtors and other law offices. You will work alongside other conveyancing staff, with support and training provided. There are growth opportunities within the company for those who show the characteristics we are looking for.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of two years’ experience in a law firm or real estate office in a conveyancing capacity, be highly organized and have attention to detail. You should be self-motivated, highly organized, have superior computer proofreading and time management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to work independently, follow instructions with minimum supervision and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, professional, team environment. A professional and friendly phone manner is extremely important as well as good email etiquette. Strong working experience and knowledge with MS Office including word, excel and outlook is required.
