Narnia was born and raised in Burnaby, BC. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce in 2004 and Bachelor of Laws in 2008 from the University of British Columbia. She then moved to Grande Prairie and articled with the firm. Narnia was called to the Alberta Bar in August 2009.
Narnia’s areas of practice include Corporate/ Commercial, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Civil Litigation, including corporate and commercial, insurance and estate litigation. Having a varied practice allows Narnia to work with both individuals and business owners comprehensively, and to advise her clients on strategic approaches for the prompt and economical resolution of disputes both through the Courts and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Narnia is a Law Society of Alberta representative of the Surrogate Rules Advisory Committee. She is a member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Grande Prairie Bar Association. She is a former board member of the Peace Area Riding for the Disabled Society (PARDS), the Grande Prairie Bar Association, and the Research Ethics Board at Northwestern Polytechnic (formerly GPRC). She is also a former sessional instructor at Northwestern Polytechnic.
On a personal level, Narnia and her husband Tyler have a young son and daughter. Narnia is an LA Dodgers superfan and enjoys watching baseball, cooking, reading, and traveling.
