Spenser grew up in Grande Prairie, and is proud to call the peace country home. Spenser graduated from the Grande Prairie Composite High School before moving to Edmonton to commence her undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta. Spenser then decided to pursue her Juris Doctor at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia and subsequently graduated with distinction in 2018. After completing her National Committee on Accreditation Exams and Articles, Spenser was called to the Alberta Bar in 2020.
Spenser’s areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, real estate, estate planning and estate administration. Spenser is able to assist with incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements for your business and general corporate matters. Her real estate practice focuses on all aspects of private, commercial and agricultural real estate including financing, selling, purchasing and leasing. Finally, Spenser can assist with advising on and preparing your will, power of attorney and personal directive so that your true intentions are reflected in your succession planning documents, your property is protected and your future generations are provided for.
Outside of work, Spenser serves on the Board of Directors for the Grande Prairie Palliative Care Society and speaks at legal education seminars. She and her partner Alan love to travel, hike and spend time with their sweet pup, Ellie.
