Bailie is a lifelong resident of the Peace Region and a proud Métis woman with deep roots in the Rose Prairie area. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Athabasca University in 2021 and Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2024.
Bailie was called to the bar in 2026 and is currently an associate lawyer with Frontier Law. Bailie’s areas of practice include Corporate, Surface Rights, Agricultural and Oil and Gas matters. Her legal practice is shaped by her background and lived experience.
Committed to giving back, Bailie actively participates in volunteer and fundraising initiatives throughout the region. Using her skill of grant writing to help her local Métis community.
Bailie and her husband Terry recently welcomed their first child. In her spare time Bailie enjoys traveling, riding horses, and ranching with her family.
