Brandon joined KMSC Law as an associate in 2024. His varied educational and professional experience in the legal and business world provides him with a skillset that translates directly to his role as a solicitor with the KMSC team.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Brandon earned his Bachelor of Management degree from Concordia University of Edmonton in 2017 and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Saskatchewan in 2021.
As part of the solicitor team at KMSC, Brandon specializes in Business Law, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporation formation and structuring, and drafting and negotiating contracts. He also acts for clients on estate planning matters as well as commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Brandon is passionate about providing exceptional legal service to his clients. He takes pride in handling client matters in a quality and efficient manner and works to build congenial and long-standing relationships with his clients, assisting them in all phases of their individual and professional lives.
Outside of the office, you can find Brandon on the golf course, watching and cheering for his favourite sports teams, or spending time with family and friends.
