Catherine was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. She has been practicing law in Edmonton since her admission to the Alberta Bar in 1987.
Catherine’s practice has been focused on civil litigation, serving clients in areas of personal injury, insurance claims and estate litigation. In addition, she has broad experience in matters involving real estate, commercial lending, and wills and estates. She has served as Chairperson on several Appeal Board Hearings and has adjudicated matters involving Government agencies.
Catherine is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association. She has appeared in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and in the Provincial Court of Alberta. She has participated in Judicial Mediations, private Mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
Catherine is an active member of the Edmonton community with volunteer experience with several charitable committees and Boards.
Catherine enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing, boating, golfing, and traveling.
