Zachary is an associate with KMSC Law LLP, with a practice area in civil litigation. Zachary has experience in a variety of civil litigation matters including residential tenancy disputes, contract disputes, debt collection, and judgment enforcement make him a trusted litigator for those interacting with the judicial system. Zachary is committed to ensuring his clients receive fair judgments and understand their rights when dealing with the Alberta courts. He has appeared on behalf of his clients in both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench.
Zachary was raised in High Prairie and Grande Prairie, Alberta. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Film Studies in 2019 at the University of Alberta. Zachary obtained his Law Degree from Bond University in Australia in 2022 graduating with distinction. He was accredited by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2023 and was called to the Bar on September 12, 2024.
In his free time Zachary enjoys running, weightlifting, reading, and traveling.
