Navi Safri

Navi was born and raised in Grande Prairie, Alberta. As a proud Indo-Canadian, she is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. She graduated from Grande Prairie Composite High School and attended Grande Prairie Regional College (now known as Northwestern Polytechnic) for two years before moving to Calgary to further continue her studies. Navi pursued her law degree at Kingston University in London, England, graduating with honors in 2021.

During law school, Navi was actively involved in both her university and the local community. She volunteered at her university’s pro bono clinic, assisted newcomers, tutored children on weekends, and served on the university law society. As President of the law society, she hosted various legal events and launched a legal rights project aimed at educating underfunded communities about their legal rights. Every summer, Navi returned to Canada to gain valuable legal experience by working at small boutique law firms in Edmonton.

After graduation, Navi successfully completed the accreditation process through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) Exams while working as a legal assistant at KMSC. She recently completed the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education (CPLED) Practice Readiness Education Program (PREP) as part of the Alberta bar admissions program and is now nearing the end of her articles.

Navi has a keen interest in Corporate and Commercial Law as well as Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration. She is committed to developing a broad practice that continuously challenges and educates her. She values connection, collaboration, and continuous learning, whether it involves building strong client relationships or partnering with colleagues across the legal community.

Outside of her professional life, Navi enjoys exploring new destinations, cooking, maintaining an active lifestyle, and spending quality time with family and friends.
