Oliver was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. He completed his law degree from Thompson Rivers University and a Masters of Law in Taxation from Osgoode Hall at York University. Oliver was called to the BC Bar in 2018 and joined Frontier Law in 2019. He is also has his Trusts and Estates Practitioner designation, and is currently completing his In-Depth Tax Program certification.
Oliver has worked as a business and transactional lawyer and currently his principal practice area is real estate conveyancing. He has experience across a variety of industries including commercial properties, non-profits, land matters, restaurant startups and franchises.
