Although Drew was born in Edmonton, his earliest memories are of the Peace Region and of his parents’ cattle ranch near Elmworth. Drew attended Northwestern Polytechnic (formerly GPRC) for the first year of his undergraduate studies. Following that, he moved to Edmonton to attend the University of Alberta to study English and History. Drew was accepted to the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2015. He graduated from the College with the degree of Juris Doctor in 2018 and commenced his articles shortly thereafter.
During law school, Drew volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada to provide free legal information to local non-profit organizations. During his time with us, he is working with Grande Prairie Legal Guidance to help provide similar services to residents of the Peace Region.
Drew works in a variety of civil law disciplines including Corporate Law, Surface Rights, Estate Planning, Municipal Law, Commercial Transactions and Personal Injury. He is proud to help provide these services to the community that raised him.
Outside of work, Drew can be found helping out on his family’s ranch, buried in a book or playing volleyball. He loves to travel and, during his youth, took the train from Vancouver to Halifax. He has also spent time in both Europe and Southeast Asia.
