Simon joined KMSC Law LLP as an Associate in 2021. Simon was born and raised in Grande Prairie and completed his education at The University of Saskatchewan. Before completing a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Regional and Urban Planning in 2017, Simon returned home in the summers to work as a Planning Intern with the County of Grande Prairie.
After finishing his Law Degree in 2020, Simon has returned home, where he enjoys working in areas of law that impact citizens at the most local level. Bylaw disputes, zoning, property law, land titles, real estate, estate planning, contract negotiation, and civil litigation are a few of Simon’s specialty areas of practice that he brings to the KMSC Law LLP team.
Simon is proud to offer tailored solutions to the local challenges experienced by the businesses and residents of his hometown.
In his time outside of the office, Simon loves playing with the local Grande Prairie Rugby Football Club, exploring the Peace Country with his dog, and sitting on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Northwestern Alberta.
