Tyler is a Partner with KMSC Law out of the Grande Prairie, Spirit River and Beaverlodge offices. He primarily practices in business law, real estate and wills and estates. Tyler’s business law practice includes mergers and acquisitions, forming and structuring corporations, financing transactions and drafting and negotiating contracts. He regularly acts for clients on the purchase, sale and leasing of agricultural, commercial and residential real estate. He also acts for clients developing estate plans and dealing with the administration of estates. Tyler seeks to form long-term relationships with his clients by assisting them through all stages of their individual or corporate lives.
Born and raised in Grande Prairie, Tyler commenced his post-secondary education locally before transferring to the University of Alberta to obtain a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2015. Following his undergraduate studies, Tyler returned to the Peace Country to work in the oil and gas industry before attending law school at the University of Calgary, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2019. Tyler articled with KMSC Law before being called to the bar in 2020.
In his personal time, Tyler enjoys playing hockey, golfing and traveling.
